David
Kammerdiener has been a member of the band since 1998. He has been playing
the piano since he was five years old. He is a graduate of the High School
for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, Texas, and holds the
following degrees: Bachelor of Music, Oklahoma Baptist University; Master of
Church Music, Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, Mill Valley,
California; and the Master of Music in Education- Kodaly Emphasis, Holy Name
College, Oakland, California.
David has taught piano for more than
27 years in the U.S. and in four Latin American countries. He has served as
an International Baptist Music missionary and Minister of Music in the U.S.
Mr. "K," as he is known, is fluent in Spanish and is the Choral Director at
Girls Preparatory School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In addition, Mr.
Kammerdiener is the pianist for the Chattanooga Girls Choir "Bella Voce"
Choir (5th and 6th grade), and the Morgan Five Combo.
He continues directing music in a local church as well.
